I bought folding bike on Sunday 8th April it was faulty bike I ride a bike home I realise the bike cannot be folded the right way because the steering is folding the opposite way how should be I went back to the shop complaining about that those people absolute ignore me try to tell me that's the right way how to fold the bike...... this bike was a display bike not new was probably broken just the assembly or buy cheap from the factory like a faulty bike and selling for full price I am very disappointed those people in the shop are cheeky monkey lying in my face

This has got to be the worst bike shop in the UK, they don't even have a fully trained mechanic just someone who has done 3 days on cytech courses the rest he's learnt via you tube

Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. Always willing to listen and give advice. Second bike service I have had through these guys and I shall continue to give them my custom.

5 Star! Just amazing, sell great affordable bikes with quality. Although more staff would be great. Well rounded, not the best place for a shop. But furthermore it ensured me to purchase a high quality cycle. I am getting another 3 bikes next week for my Tour in Singapore. All of which are bought at cycle supreme.
