I feel incredibly lucky to know and train with such knowledgeable, experienced and hard-working athletes and coaches. As in races, Team Blizard are at the front of the leading pack with regards to physio treatment, lactate training and athlete strength and conditioning sessions, such as functional movement, modern Pilates and Yoga. Doncaster is a small town but with regards to running and multi-sport disciplines, esp. training for GB age-group events, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a sports performance clinic in larger cities :) Thank you Team Blizard! :) :) :)

I have been a coached athlete by Jono at the clinic since Jan 2016 covering swim, bike, run. The expertise and support offered by Jono has been amazing, you are really made to feel apart of the Blizard family. I've been transformed from a fun runner to an Ironman and team GB age group athlete all thanks to the expert coaching and lactate training provided.  The client offers other services such as sports massage, can't recommend Chris enough and Angela the Yoga expert.  Always guaranteed to pick up quality kit and trainers from their well equipped shop. Definitely recommend Blizard!!
