Go Outdoors / David's Coffee Shop GO OUTDOORS My and my partner went to GO Outdoors for some walking boots. They didn't have the correct size but we got alot of help with recommendations based on what he uses them for. We was also told we can resuve them online, come in to store and try them on before purchasing which is spot on. But we didn't come away empty handed. I got my daughter a gilet and coat on sale! Absolutely chuffed with them! I like to check and compare prices online and I've definitely got the best deal. So I've come away extremely happy and will be back tomorrow. ----------- DAVID'S COFFEE SHOP Went inside and found it very welcoming. I didn't look at the menu much, I went straight in and saw they had hotdogs and I asked for cheese rather than onions. Looked lovely inside, I felt comfortable sitting in, but due to the weather being so nice IN DECEMBER! We sat outside. The hotdog was amazing, there was something sweet about the bread, it was lovely. Thank you

Should be less than one star but that wasn’t an option. I purchased items with member discount came to a total of £125.20. When I returned home I noticed the Black Friday deal wasn’t applied which was £9.15, when I eventually got a response over the phone they suggested I go through to have the mistake rectified. However, due to the cost of fuel these days I asked if they would reimburse this too which they refused so I’m going to be out of pocket due to their mistake. Poor customer service.

Went to buy one of the offers we had seen but they had sold out over the weekend. Was told deliveries were Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so to keep checking online. Bought 2 fleece tops - very good quality
Spent over £1000 in this shop over last two trips on camping gear. Last trip we spent some time looking in the tents, picking a coat for my eldest and other camping bits. We then spent money in the cafe and waited 15mins to talk to a member of staff coming off her break to talk to me about buying a porch for my tent! only to find out a few days later I’d been fined £60 for being 13minutes over the parking time! … friends who we arrived with and left with were there the same amount of time, spent nothing in the shop but didn’t received a fine! Absolutely disgusting that your happy to take money and offer food in a cafe and still happy to fine people! If I’d of ordered a proper meal we would of been there much longer too! Where else could I possibly go apart from spending money in your shop?! No wonder you offer 50% discount…your making it back on fines!!
Good choice of all outdoor gear and equipment. Easy to park pleasant staff. Changing rooms. If you buy the Go Outdoors card for £5 you get really good discounts.
Love this shop. The staff are sooo helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Probably why we end up spending a fortune every time. Brilliant offer on atm - free 907 gas bottle with certain stoves.
Everything you need under one roof. Reasonably priced if your a member and support blue light card holders too - thank you. Staff are always so helpful with any questions you have. They are also dog friendly.
We went Go Outdoors on the 26th of June as we usually go once a month as we love a family camping trip, on this occasion we were in there a while as our daughter needed a new water proof coat for her school, gas and various other items equating to £180.00, then we went out to the lovely Cafe onsite and had some food and drinks. Just before we went my partner decided she wanted a porch for the 6man Coleman tent we bought late last year for £800 from here, so she went to enquire whilst we waited on the Cafe benches which took the best part of 20mins to find out we had to contact Coleman direct as they didn't do it. 1 week later we receive this fine for been in car park 11 minutes over the allowance time so we appealed it told them the situation waiting 20mins for the right person to discuss and search the porch with and in reply we got there are plenty of signs stating the duration of stay is only 120minutes your appeal has been denied so what turned out in a trip to get some camping bits breakfast and a porch costing £180.00 plus the cafe has now turned into £280.00 with the £100.00 fine on top. All in all i have spent over £1000.00 in these 2 trips without the bits in between and have to pay a fine its wrong and out of principle i will not be returning again!!!
