I chose this company to do some work for me, not just because they matched the cheapest quote I had already been given but because they seemed like reliable people. They booked me in for the Wednesday but didn't turn up, not even a phonecall. I called them and they apologised and promised to come the following day. They still didn't turn up and yet again a lack of a phonecall with an explanation. I phoned again and they said they were very busy but that they would be there and if they didn't make it they promised they would come first thing the following morning. They still didn't show and I have left messages but no one bothers to ring me to explain. I think that the job I had booked them for was obviously too small for them to spare the time although I did explain that I would have alot more work for them over the coming months. I have since found someone else and will never consider using Cutters again for any job, big or small!

We agreed to take on this small waste removal job as it was just a small job. The customer was made aware that we were/are very busy and we told them we would try and squeeze them in the following day. The following day, due to a change of plan at the job we were already on (which we were 3 days behind on because of late deliveries) our commitments were obviously there. The day after we were trying to finish the job (and trying very hard as we were there until 9pm). Yes, we did fail to make a phone call explaining these reasons, but sometimes things do slip our minds.(It happens to everyone sometimes). Friday morning we were back at the same job cleaning up, trying to get out so we can get onto said job.....and we pick up two voicemails, first one telling us that if we dont turn up we're going to get left a bad review and the next telling us that we have a bad review. Everybody forgets something sometimes. We would have been there Friday afternoon. If we were on a complete garden re-design at your property, how would you feel if we kept disapearing to go and do other jobs instead of consentrating on yours? We have many loyal and very happy customers, and we apologize for any inconveniance caused on this occasion. Cutters Garden and Waste Services.
