I walk into the place to buy quite a few items. Unfortunately the first lady I managed to grab for attention was utterly incompetent. She did not want to help in any way shape or form. I am a customer who is going to spend money in your store and you should do your job and provide a service. Will not be giving any sales to this Currys in future.
Ordered a new memory card online for pick up as I made my way there, and 10 minutes later, they had everything ready for me. Easy to order and collect, and brilliant service. The staff were very knowledgeable too, and were able to advise me on different products for future reference after a queried what differences there were.
Only visit here if I really have to which thankfully is rarely. There’s no inbetween , when you walk in you’re pounced on by vultures aka the sales staff, then when you do show some interest in a product trying to find a staff member is a nightmare, they’re either busy harassing other incoming customers who are too nice to say leave me alone or re-enacting the chuckles brothers to me too you lugging round huge appliances, also most bizarre thing is staff on tills is non existent until you wanna buy something then it’s like an experience you’d have with a forceful seagull incoming for your bag of chips
I visited this Currys a little while back to buy a laptop for video editing. George served me, and was very helpful, helped me narrow down the best options and he had a great attitude. I decided to write the review because the laptop has been able to meet all of my requirements and I haven't had an issue whatsoever. My only criticism is not towards George. When I entered the store, the staff were all huddled around the main entrance and as a customer, this can be quite intimidating. Nethertheless, they were very friendly after I approached and spoke to them. Thank you very much, Leo
Great deals, helpful and efficient staff. Great job. I preordered and picked up at item for Christmas at Currys. It was ready exactly as expected and was ready to pick up once I'd clicked the in the car park button. Great experience.
Currys must shame to have manger like Simon in their company. I would not keep keep him at work to give bad reputation to company .Rather then look at the problem of item and refuse you to server at all . Then tell straight you can’t refund or return it . And make conversation to personal Attitudes . Thanks God I haven’t bought other items from here . Not recommend at all .don’t waste your money and manger smell like raciest to me.
Staff not helpful at all, had to order one item with the tracking number wrong so couldn't track my order. Told another item was out of stock dispite it showing available online. Attempted to sell a more expensive option. Had to go to curry's team valley instead.
I brought extra warranty for a dash cam so I sent it for repair. They promised 7 days repair if not voucher to buy another. Honestly they do not stick to their work. It was with them for 11 days and my camera was not returned and I asked for the voucher and it has been almost 48hrs still nothing. I would recommend when you buy something please buy from somewhere else with warranty at least you will get better results.
Went to buy a new printer got some great advice off a very pleasant assistant. Didn't catch her name. Good place to visit for teccy advice.
Great customer service. Really helpful staff that know their products.
