Today i went to buy a gift for my dad and see an issue that pops on my iPhone. At the start the staff was amazing followed by the a gentleman who was extremely rude from the staff. I spoke to one of the employee at the genius bar which was extremely helpful and sorted it out. The lady that took care of most of the staff was amazing. Her name is Sara. overall great experience . Also my toddler enjoyed it
Previously had a poor experience here with the business team that ended as a bit of a comedy of errors. Not this time. A massive thanks to Sarah in the business team and her colleague for exceptional help and service. I was in a rush and they were literally waiting for me with the goods bagged to go. Turned out my bank declined the transaction as potential fraud and I ended up on the phone to Barclays for 30mins…. Both diligently waited whilst the problem was sorted. Incredible service and huge praise due - well done and thank you ladies
Today I went to the iPhone shop Eldon Square Apple shop panicking because I accidentally left my phone at the public toilet. I asked a young male staff member, who wore glasses I did not get his name to deactivate my iPhone and mark it as lost. When it was found and handed in to Starbucks, he helped me reactivate it. This young man went out of his way to help me and I really appreciate what he did. He is a credit to the Apple shop.
Very helpful staff went to just try ipad and guess what came out with new ipad its very lovely service easy to find
Rude unfriendly shop arrived ten mins early was basically told too leave till it was time after traveling miles too get here. They dome nothing I couldn't have done by post total waste of time and now have too go back too collect too

Easy to locate from the metro station The staff that attended to me was very helpful. It took a while before I was attended to because I didn't go on appointment. It might be different for you. Varieties of Apple products on display. Entrance is accessible too
Cindy and Jeremiah went above and beyond today. I’ve shopped in Apple stores in the US and UK since they first opened and this was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received.
Good shopping experience as within Newcastle City. Issue is as usual poor vehicle access and parking due to Newcastle City Council strategy.
