The rudest & most unhelpful staff I've ever seen & especially one that served me for DHL service! The owner of the business need to offer desperately needed customer care training for their staff. Customers aren't a right but a privilege for any business.  If offended & dissatisfied the could go elsewhere.

Never been made to feel so comfortable using a service. The staff literally act like they hate you.

Yikes. Staff need some serious customer service training. Not a single smile in the shop, I felt treated like an inconvenience, not a customer. Would not recommend. Get yourself to WHSmiths, same stock, same prices, but nicer staff. Or literally anywhere else.

Poor service and extremely expensive. They charged me 6 Pounds for 6 pages of photocopying and scanning .
