Excellent service by Newcastle branch as my Cambridge audio X301 developed a fault and my guarantee had ran out a month ago, but they still fixed it free of charge. I dropped it off on a Saturday and it was fixed by Wednesday. The staff were really friendly and very helpful!
Colin was extremely helpful and gave me a great price on some Sonos equipment. Would definitely come back here instead of Currys who were more expensive and didn't have things in stock.
I’ve been here a couple times and the customer service is superb. Recently contacted about a purchase that recently went on sale shortly after I had received them and no questions asked they price matched and honoured discount. They aren’t lying when they say that they want you as a customer for life. When I come to upgrade my TV and sound system in the living room, I will definitely be revisiting these guys. Thanks
Newcastle Richer sounds Firstly I have been going to Richer sounds Newcastle for many years and always had fantastic service buying all of my tech from them All of the guys are very helpful and knowledgeable about what they are selling I mainly deal with Euan At my last visit I bought a sennheiser HDV 820 headphone amp and HD 800s headphones comparing them with the 820,s chose the 800s I had researched as usual Euan had them set up for to try answered all my questions as usual very helpful What more can you say they will price match and go out of there way to be helpful what ever you need Totally recommend this shop
Ordered Project Primary E turntable online. I placed the order on a Saturday morning within 24hrs the item had arrived in store. Great service. Store staff Newcastle really good to deal with no hassle, courteous and efficient. I found a £10 off voucher after I’d purchased sitting in my junk email, I emailed customer service and they kindly refunded me the £10. Really couldn’t fault the process

Just a quick message to say how happy I am with your service, couldn’t have asked for more. I picked up the Samsung Q9FN demo model last one left luckily, I felt everyone went above and beyond helping with everything from help and advice to packing and loading my TV it was a huge tv so that was very much appreciated!. I dealt mainly with Steve who was brilliant and patient, everyone else was friendly and very helpful too, we never felt rushed or pressured in the slightest. The TV is incredible and in perfect condition, I spent all day calliberatong every setting and it’s just amazing Keep up the good work guys and thanks again!
