Very poor customer service. Went to purchase a laptop charger and I was told by 2 employees if the charger is not the correct port we are happy to refund/exchange. When I went to return the following week and the specialist customer service team member was very rude and was not allowing me to return the item and after I explained I was told I can return the item he then checked my address to see what I have purchased ik the past!Avoid this branch at all cost very rude and unprofessional

Staff didn't seem very interested in helping me even though I was there to make a purchase. I was there to buy a television and was also measuring them with a tape measure I had brought for the biggest one I could fit in my home, so must've looked more commited than just someone killing time. Not a problem, if Currys don't need a sale for a couple of grand then they don't need my business, and they probably don't need yours either
Just about to spend over £600 on some Sonos headphones for me and some gaming headphones for my son. None of the staff could be arsed to even approach us and after seconding 20 minutes waiting around walked out and spent nothing. Maybe why people are online shopping and these places are closing and people losing their jobs.
Went to pick a monitor for my daughter but it wasn't in stock, they ordered one for us straight away and will be 2 day wait.
Went in to buy an iron at Stockport Curry. 3young assistants stood chatting. I went over to ask if they had a specific iron in the store. Answer: if it's not out we don't have it. On way out spoke to a lovely lady called Judith who looked up what was in stock,adv that the only one was on display which we could have if we didn't mind not having the box. If you want any service in this store ASK FOR JUDITH!. Not sure where customer service is but obviously these 3 have never heard the phrase!!
Terrible customer service I'm an OAP and I was treated very badly by two assistants boy and girl I'm disappointed after purchasing a watch for my son but I felt like they wanted rid of me and just the sale mattered to them. Left the store feeling bad and not sure if I'll go back there again.
Shockingly bad customer services, like most curry's. This store particularly stands out, as staff get paid to chat!! Do better.
Went in twice looking at vacuum cleaners and was totally ignored on both occasions, plenty of staff around, no excuse... Obviously I purchased elsewhere !
