I bought a 80 pound tablet and I took it back the next day because the screen wouldn't work. I asked the guy if there was a different one I could buy and he admitted that the cheaper tablets with big screens don't work properly.

Very good customer service.

Been going here for years they are always friendly and willing to help you out when possible. Took my phone screen to be repaired and was able to repair it quickly and at a reasonable price. This is the only phone shop I will use.

Cannot recommend enough - fixed my iphone 6 battery within half an hour and then a smashed screen same time, great service, better price than anyone else and really polite and friendly. definitely my go to!

Took my 5 year old son in with his iPad to get screen fixed replaced the screen but some parts of the screen now no longer recognised when being touched ! Can’t select Serrano apps down to this very poor considering I was with my son when I took it in and he knew it was his iPad

They're not good at all he took screws out of my girlfriend's phone and didn't replace them phone broke a week later took it to a phone shop in Romiley I recommend not using these as they take parts from your phone and not replace it

Conned me said they changed my iPhone battery. I took the phone to another shop opened it up in front of me and said the battery has never been touched. Beware now have to pay at least 50 to get the real problem fixed

Need more choice

Went in with a working phone just needed the screen fixing I came back a few hours later to say it needed a new battery? Yet my phone still dies really quick also my screen will start doing mad things on it's own! I'm not happy with the result off my phone would not recommend!!
