Unbelievably the worst Three branch I ever visited, lack of staff, long waiting time, and apparently very incompetent on what they're doing, so rude and clueless. Will never ever use your service again! Been charged for services that I didn't even get.

I have got some problems with upgrading and the wrong one was chosen for me. I did go there and a nice and friendly member of staff called Nora did sort it out for me and treated me so nicely and kindly, while I was a bit angry, at least at the beginning.

I have been with 3 for 12 years and I think they are brilliant i was told by the young lady on saturday that i can upgrade on monday so i returned monday with my wife who had taken the day of work . I arrived monday morning about 11ish to be told that she can't do it , I have never met such a rude woman in all my life absolutely no appology whatsoever . If she had said ime sorry to waste your time and bring you back ,but nothing .even when I said you told me to come back ,she did not say ime sorry for wasting your time annoyed

I upgraded my phone online, and received it by post. I needed some help transferring numbers, apps, photos etc, from my old phone to my new one, and changing the SIM over. One of the lovely young ladies, spent a long time, helping me do this, and because it took about one hour, she put the phone in the back room, while I did some shopping, she was so polite friendly and helpful, sadly I don't know her name, but I would like to thank her for her kindness help and time THANKYOU! one hour do the transfer

Useless staff - my wife and I have 3 contracts ending soon. Neither member of staff we talked with had any idea of the products on offer and certainly did  not wish to retain us as customers. We did what management clearly wished, and we walked away ....

I don't write many reviews but today, I received such perfect service,  I just had to!  The young lady, Tyler, was the perfect representative of 3, helped me above and beyond what I asked for and is a credit to the company.   I only went in to set up a contract for my son but she also saved me a bundle on my existing contract.  Such a lovely person and I'll definitely recommend the store.  Thanks again .  Laurence Pike

Been in store today and spoke with a girl called Tyler, best experience I have had hands down great customer service and made sure everything was clear to me before anything was put through. Had a great experience and even a good laugh walked away with a great deal and a smile on my face. 10/10 from her and all staff there.
