Very friendly and approachable staff. I'm a complete newcomer to the hobby and was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Great setup of miniatures and tables full of buildings to check out and play with and they offer free tutorials for learning painting techniques at any skill level. I'll be back!
Really great, knowledgeable, attentive staff who are always happy to help with anything. Wide selection of stock available and lots of different days with opportunities to get involved. Definitely worth checking out.

The store is supposed to be open till 5 on a Sunday, I got there at 3:30 and it was all closed up. I had the same issue with the store in Altrincham last week when it was closed 2hours before the time stated. Not impressed! Thought I would be helping the stores out by spending my money in them, going to be ordering online from now on!
Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and attentive even with a store full of people.
