I had a very pleasant experience at the store today following me dropping my laptop and damaging my screen. I was supported by several members of staff in finding the best solution to work from home and was quoted a price for repair by the tech support team. They were all very supportive and patient. Thank you
I went to Currys on Oxford Street on Oct 12 to get a 55” telly and Man was incredibly helpful. He guided me through in choosing the telly that best served my needs with a good value. I ended up buying a toaster that I originally plan to get somewhere else. Would definitely re-visit the store should I look for other electronic appliances next time.
Staff were pleasant, when I managed to speak to someone. But didn't have item I wanted in stock. Suggested ordering - but couldn't give a delivery date. Ended up checking another local store to find it was in stock there. Not such why they couldn't have checked this for me, ...
Lots of staff standing around. Not really any initiative shown by asking people if they need help with anything. Seems to have an ok list of items stocked. If you have time I would just order online for a better deal
On 31 Dec, 2022 around 17:00. I entered your store at Oxford Street. Two of your staff were chatting right next to the stairs, I approached them and asked if the Amazon Alexa was available. Both said ‘we don’t know, check upstairs. I went up, I asked another salesperson whose mobile phone was in front of him and a football game was on. He said he should check the item, so stood up, took his phone with him still the game was on, I followed him as he went to find the speaker I wanted. He found it. I asked how much it was. He said he had to check that too. With the box and his phone the game still on, he walked across the room, where he scanned the item’s barcode. Btw, he put his mobile phone in front of him once again. He said something about an insurance or something like that. I said no. Then he asked me something about the receipt. I told him that I’d asked about the price. He said ‘oh, yes. It is 60 something.” I thanked him and left. I hope I didn’t interrupt your employees’ chat or cause them miss a goal or something.
A good electronic store, they have bunch of devices, laptops cameras tvs consoles audio devices and more but no raspberry pi, great place to visit
Tried to swing by quickly after work to pick up an item. After 10 minutes of attempting to get one of the MANY member of staff attention…Anthony came to the rescue with a charming smile and I was done and dusted within 2 minute. Thanks!
Staff very helpful and friendly , they even have a robot guide to take you to the correct department. The staff member had issues with his PC but was very professional whilst getting it fixed. Good range of products, main products are fairly priced however any accessories are vastly overpriced.
Good Store for live Experience for Mobile / smart waatch / Laptop / TV / Cameras , Accessories and many more, But there are very few mobile demos. They need to increase the live demo of that mobile.
Incredibly disappointed, there was absolutely no curry for sale, ruined my daughters bar mitzvah. Was able to buy some good AA batteries for cheap though, they're even rechargeable :
