Pitiful customer service.  Came in looking to buy a £260 Bose speaker and asked the child customer assistant (who was wearing the logo top so I assumed he was employed there) for some assistance in demonstrating the product. He said he had to go switch something off and disappeared, after 20 mins of waiting for him to return we left the shop and found him having a nice chat to his female colleagues who were obviously much more fascinating than a customer who wanted to spend some money. I suggest Currys go back to the drawing board and have a think about teaching your customer assistance the art of customer service.  You lost a sale today. A.O. dot com got my business. The only reason I gave you 1 star is because I couldn't choose no stars.

Went into buy an desktop computer and was going buy an ex display model after waiting an hour for them to remove their commercial junk. Refused sell me machine I was interested in unless I brought an extended warranty. These insurance policies been proven by Which to offer buyer extremely poor value for money. Take your money & business else where.

Have good deals. Just wish they didn’t want your inside leg measurement on sales of computers, printers, TV’s etc. It would be nice just to be able to buy without sales pressure of after market insurances etc.

Ordered an item to be delivered. They told me the time it would be delivered and text me the time slot that they would be there within. They never showed up, no contact from them at all - checked the tracking number they reorganised the delivery for another day with out speaking to me at all. I had to contact them and they initially seemed confused then apologised - but did nothing to rectify the problem. There is no complaint system apparently it was closed when the call was ended - however i am still with out the product they have accepted payment for I'm left taking another day sat in the house hoping they bother to turn. Save your time go to another store not worth the hassle.
