Nice staff, very informative. Explained what I was getting into. My advice is if you cannot save and find it difficult to put money aside and there is definitely no other way you can raise the money for this item then BrightHouse is probably your only other hope. Keep up with your payments and pay it off before you purchase anything else.
Some adequate household goods in store, but when you look at the fine-print and payment options the negatives quickly spiral. The store is useful for viewing items if there's something interesting but would not recommend following through on a purchase when there are much more financially beneficial alternatives on the market.
Store are polite to speak to but head office are a bunch of unreasonable people.they dont care that you have a change of circumstances. Or if u have been layed of a job all they care about is the money and giving u charges..which is a joke because you pay more than three times the amount back on an item and dont give a fuss that u have been with them for years...
Not had a very good experience with this company over the last few years, their late fees are extortionate, sloppy service..... as they don't always send items for repair on time or totally forget, they constantly hound you to death with calls ringing & putting phone down & txt if you are a bit late paying, a nightmare! nothing personal to the employees it's just that they are working for a company with such unfair rules, and no organization!
Total rip off when u cant afford a £400 tv that you CAN live without why would you sign up to pay £1200, get an old style one free one off freecycle, no one ever died from lack of a flat screen unless the tv fell on them. Dont go from being poor to utter poverty by using this company.
Joke of a company. Prays on people with not so good credit history £500 of a TV then after interest rates you pay around £850.
Good that people can pay weekly for items they can't afford to pay out right, staff are pushy to purchase more items even when they know you can't afford more items
Very pleasant staff. Always happy to help with any situation. Great service.
Problems all the time, very poor service, lying and disrespectful for customers. Will report to fair trade as well.
