Shocking service. Having booked an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement turned up before scheduled time. Told to come back, but then advised no technician to undertake the repair. Then advised that they did not have a battery to fit which was part of terms and conditions. Then asked to reschedule the appointment. Told them not to bother. A wasted 40 mile round trip plus car parking fees.

James might be Jamie was amazing today! My daughters iPhone12 was broken and thanks to Jamie he never gave up trying and managed to fix it for us. I actually cried happy tears! He went above and beyond, was calm, confident, intelligent and in a very tech world, he was very human! He is an absolute asset to the company and I can't thank him enough. A complete legend and a genuine, authentic human being.

went there had a problem with my phone they said my phone needs a quick update which will cost me £20 and its gonna take few mins to do with their computers or whatever. had to wait 45 min there lost patiences got my phone back and checked on the update which they tried doing on my phone with their wifi and then charging me a fee. This place is crazy and very unhelpful staff

After a terrible experience in Curry’s trying to buy a phone, went into Select and what a difference in customer service, the salesman in Select was extremely helpful, engaged with me and my mum straight away and answered all her questions as well as mine, will definitely return couldn’t be happier with the service and more to buy a phone from them.

My Late 2015 iMac recently died.  I was impressed with the speed, friendliness and honesty of the Storm Front team in store, on their help line and at their repair depot.  In the end I decided to undertake the significant repair, and was able to collect my machine within the promised time frame.  Having now met them, I would definitely try and source future Apple kit from them, the three year warranty they offer on new sales adds value too.

Jordan was an absolute angel! He was so very patient, calm and empathetic. I was in a bit of a panic about my macbook and he went through everything calmly and clearly. I went and got a cup of tea next door while i left him to work through the issues. It was such a relief to know everything was in good hands and that he would sort it out for me. Lovely polite and genuine chap. Thank you Jordan! You made my day!

The service l have received at this store was brilliant great staff who have time to explain how things work thank you

Booked an appt. to have a chat re an issue with usb connectivity to my macbook. The staff member on the desk listened; investigated the matter as far as they could; checked with colleagues to see if there was anything more that could be done; were empathetic to my situation losing my university work; and recommended further support as they were unable to solve the problem.  Went back the same day and discussed apple watches with a different member of staff and again they were extremely knowledgeable, and gave me their full attention despite other customers being in store.  I wouldn't hesitate to go to Stormfront again, the facilitation of great customer service vastly outweighed not being able to solve my initial problem! 100x better than currys/pc world!

Telford Town centre,  and Telford Town Park, are both lovely places to visit.  The park has something for every age group, and so too, the shops in the centre. I love visiting there. Numerous coffee shops,  restaurants,  and take aways to suit every taste and pocket.

Amazing customer service today from Beth @ storm front Telford.  A major asset to any company are employees.  Beth needs recognition for today, hence me taking the time to write this review.  Thank you Beth and storm front.  Highly recommend this business.
