I have had so many problems with Currys that I do not know where to start. I bought a computer, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a TV and a laptop and almost every item I bought came with an issue most often associated with staff incompetency and rudeness. They made errors in delivering my items, giving advice on repair and fixing my computer and even informing me of what the process of repair is. Each time I confronted them politely, they (the majority) were arrogant and rude, and never even apologised. I am so disappointed, I will never use Currys again, would rather pay a bit more and get a better service.

Currys you need to do somethin about your Speke store was in here to buy a tv stood round waiting for member ov staff for 45 mins or so to attend us no where to be seen yet all staff on the shop floors totally ignoring customers  more bothered about having chats amongst another ended up asking a visitor in store who worked for Samsung an not currys absolutely disgusting service !! The staff are so rude And unhelpful yes you guessed it left without a tv ! Shocking service think you need to train your staff very poor customer service skills from the whole store to be frank

This store will soon disappear, the same way Maplins and other high street electronics stores of headed.

In order to compete with the likes of Amazon they should be more customer focused. Listening to your employees speak is like listening to a cringing used car salesman from the movie Matilda. Will say anything for a sale. I was walking around the computer accessories section, browsing for a good 30 minutes, and could hear the TV salesman (as that's where the staff congregate) talk to the customers, it's cringe worthy.

Not once did I get approached in that section, as keyboards and leads aren't worth a commission compared to high end televisions. Therefore not worthy of any help. But when I moved to the smart home section, I was pounced on. Put me off wanting to buy, So went to Amazon again.

Another time I went to return a dud USB 3 card, the big guy with glasses (don't remember his name) from the 'support desk' was rude. One of those nerdy geek sense of humours, that constitutes rude by most social standards, but probably considered funny on an world of warcraft message forum. The sort that sniggers if you couldn't distinguish between an RG11 cable to an Ethernet cable.

"Yes"
"We've had no problems with this particular brand,  you sure you plugged it in correctly?"
"Do you mean the Molex cable.. yes I did"
"We've been selling them for years"
"Really? I've never heard of them, and the review sites say to steer clear, even on Amazon it's got 2.4 out of 5 by 200 plus people, do you think those 100 plus giving it 1 star are wrong also?"
"Your computer must not be compatible"
"Or this thing isn't compatible with most computers.. Will you process it, or is this a debate?"

I guess he is on the support desk, so everybody that comes there must be computer illiterate. Not maybe, that it is also the refund desk, and I have to go through this patronising genius to get a refund.

Tried to use their trade in option. Staff uninterested, started by saying USB sockets were not working but when I asked to see him plug the USB drive in so I could see it started working!!. Then tried to tell me Windows 7 OS was over 7 years old so could not be traded in. Window 7 was only replaced in July 2015. If you have a trade in don't bother it's just  PC World scam in my opinion.

Seriously let down by Team Knowhow delivery service 

Store staff are very pleasant and very helpful but don’t waste your time buying anything for delivery as they don’t deliver, they just let you down and tell lies instead, and they can’t even be bothered to offer an apology 

Wasted a whole weekend preparing for a delivery and waiting it’s arrival only to discover by accident that the delivery wasn’t happening 

They should be ashamed but their Trustpilot reviews suggest they are always letting customers down like this
