Massive store, great choices. But the staff don't seem to have real knowledge about tech. It's not just one new trainee, the entire team has no clue. All they can do is look for details on their tab and read it out for you, same as what's already on the website or the box. Didn't help me with anything. I didn't buy anything here.

As always with Curry's they have a great range of everything electrical at competitive prices. The annoying thing was there was no sign of the particular item I wanted on display however I was able to buy it from the Bromborough store. So if you are after something specific it maybe worth checking a couple of your local stores.

I bought an HP printer here about a year ago on the advice of one of the staff their. What a bargain. Got it home and set it up. It worked OKnbut I could only pair my phone to it.nThat was all I wanted to do at that time, so ok.nThen, about a week ago, we had anpower cut in that room, and I was unable to reconnect to any device.nTook the printer back to Currys in Bromborough. Spoke to one of the technical staff, Neil.nIn a few minutes, he told me that I had connected my phone to the printer in an unusual and not the recommended way. I'm not too good with phones and computers.nHe told me the printer was fine and how to connect to it properly.nWhen I  got home, in a few minutes, I had my phone connected, my laptop, and another phone.nI couldn't ask for better than that.nSuperb after sales service.

Friendly and kind staff who helped me deal with a tech problem very quickly.nI was also there to buy a new iMac.nVery pleased with how professional and experienced the staff were.nI also left it till 7.30pm to visit.nEven though it was late in the day.nI was still helped like it was 9am.nThank you

Went looking for a watch. Didn't get hassled by sales people whilst I browsed and when I made my choice Ian at Bromborough was very helpful, sorted out my problem I pay in cash and didn't up sell me anything. Would definitely buy from him again
