All good at the croft. Arrived 10 days before xmas to buy a gaming laptop. Cash as not to have any issues with item not being in stock and hearing online reservation orders not being fulfilled elsewhere.nSmooth transaction, no upsell of pointless gadgets, I did purchased a stand on my own back. In/out just as I like it. Nice staff.

Would like to give a mention and huge thank you to Lucas working at the Bromborough Curry's store today 8/12/2024. Lucas was working on collections, notice we had been waiting a while for our goods after checking in at collection desk. Asked if we're okay, found our order had gone through sorted within 5 minutes , excellent customer service delivered with a smile  thanks Lucas much appreciated your support

This 5 star is purely for Jeswin, and his tallish mate,nnI was served by a trainee who struggled with everything, i was frustrated he left mid conversation to find someone else to help.nnJeswin had sorted the situation out and gave me a discount so thank you!

Had a great experience today at Curry’s with Mark. Have been in several times before looking for a new fridge but Mark was very happy to help and talked us through several different makes and models before finding the right one for us. He was very patient and  helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him, I’m pleased we managed to purchase our new fridge with him and hope he gets the recognition he deserves as he is an asset to the company. Will be back again when we next need appliances.

Great customer service received after returning items purchased online. All with no problem. The credit was added to a card  until the item comes back into stock..
