Poor. Items priced wrong and still is 4 days later. our order thst we placed is now 5 days late even though we were told it would be in store within 24 hours. The customer service has been extremely bad. One girl thought it was funny. Good effort curry's
If you're looking for electrical items then this is the place for you. Lots of choice for lots of items. They sell TV's, phones, laptops, kitchen wear like fridges, freezers, cookers, coffee machines, washing machines.... Well you get the picture, all things you need for the house. They have good sales on across the store with some bargains to be had. The staff are knowledgeable about the products and are helpful and friendly. The store seemed clean and there was a lot of staff so I didn't have to wait too long to be served.
I went into store today for support with buying a computer lead. Josh was amazing, he took his time explaining what I needed! Was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable. Great to find such helpful people. Will definitely be searching him out again next time I need help.
From start to finish the whole process was efficient. The member of staff was very helpful and talked me the ordering. Product arrived on time. When I went to collect the item the shop was incredibly busy and the staff were running around like headless chickens.
Popped in for a new TV today and the guys were very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly not sales orientated. Quickly found the right TV for me and went upstairs to get it rather than me having to drive round the back only a 43". He also advised me of a further price drop online after I'd agreed to buy it at the higher price!
Absolutely shocking, will NEVER shop at Currys again. Charged £10 for next day delivery which was NEVER going to happen as order was placed on a Saturday according to their call centre orders placed on a weekend take 72 hours to process so next day delivery is never going to happen this was after going into a store and being told they couldn't place the order but another store had the item and, after travelling to the 2nd store who didn't have the item either, was told item had to be ordered on line. £1,200 paid and 24hrs later NO ITEM. Absolutely shambolic.
Almost complete lack of customer service today. Wanted a vacuum the website said was in stock. Found it ourselves & decided we’d have it. Not a staff member came to help, waited at the counter being actively ignored by passing staff & when one lady asked if she could help while serving someone else, waited another five minutes for the promised help to turn up & get us the product. Left in disgust & ordered from the manufacturer direct. Coming tomorrow. That’s £370 & any possible future business from us you lost Curry’s not that you’d care if today was anything to go by.
Being fairly new to the Torquay area, I'm not familiar with any local choices of electrical stores. So when my TV stopped working and later my fridge freezer, Currys was Hobson's choice as I didn't want to order online. On both occasions it was a nightmare trying to find an assistant. I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery of a TV they had IN STOCK. Fast track delivery wasn't available. The fridge freezer was delivered the day after at a cost of £30.00. They couldn't install it it's integrated for more than 3 weeks so I had to make other arrangements. I also paid £20.00 for them to take the old one away. However, on delivery the driver said he hadn't been told to deinstall the old one and didn't have time to do that. So I'm now facing a wait of 2 weeks for them to collect the old one. Currys you need to up your game. If I need any more electrical items I'm looking elsewhere.
Horrible experience so far, 2 years and they have never had ANYTHING in stock except for a TV and monitor. Staff members are like they don't know they exist; a hamster could provide better service. One reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because it is fun to play around with stuff. I could make me and at least 15 people give 5 stars if y'all give me any RTX gpu but you probably won't.
Spent over 600 pounds in store to find out have a parking ticket. Try to contact the store is a joke of a run around. Dial a call center who try to put you through. No reply now from the store for 7 days. I will fight the ticket as it's just spam. I have packed the tv and other goods back in the car to return tomorrow and pick up same items from Argos.
