Just ripped my grandsons off, over sold a games remote £52.00, when infact 50.00 new, they saw the remote after the sales person took the money and realized it was 2nd hand, asked for their money back and were told they dont do refunds, even though minutes had not passed, kids were 10 and 15, nice place ripping children off, dont go there horrible business, also ring there number, tell you to go on FB Thank you for your reply Robin, although, my grandson returned to the shop, placed the remote on the counter, again asking for a refund, the guy behind the counter took the remote and the receipt, my grandson sadly lost his temper and pushed over a second hand games stand in frustration.. I think now it is a matter for the Police, this is a theft matter by store staff, also I know my grandson was in the wrong and any proof of damage will be paid for, but I would like the remote refunded please

Used to use this place fairly regularly but since they closed and reopened for a refit the place has become a complete joke, lost count of the times that have gone to buy something and the disc can't be found, staff are slow and disinterested

They are seriously going down hill. Not just the Plymouth store. I've bought numerous items in-store and online which I've had to take back. 1. Dexter limited edition blu ray. £185 bought it online as it's my favourite TV show. Had to take it back due to it being an American copy. 2. Bought event horizon blu ray in store laser burnt. 3. Bought a season of the Simpsons one of the discs was completely laser burnt, took it back was told it was my dvd player that did it even though it never went in my PlayStation 4. 4. Bought NBA 2k17 but they put in 2k19 disc. 5. Bought guitar hero for the Ds they forgot to put the cartridge in. You trade items in they give you 10p then sell it for £4. This is why I'm no longer going to sell items to them.

This store buy cheap but sell in high price ,but any way its good choice to the people want to sell things fast

Staff have total lack of knowledge of how the online system works. Happy to blame covid for not allowing release of goods what you don’t have the correct ID even when you have original emails and proof of purchase via PayPal and digital ID.

Recently bought something for my switch and it works perfectly. Always know I’m getting quality products when buying here and it’s nice to know they’re properly tested and checked before being sold. Incredible service from a lady named Sajani, always gives service with a smile and is a very hard working individual. Thanks Cex!
