Found DND online in desperation to find a way to unlock my 90s Toyota car stereo after forgetting the security code and needing to change the battery. 

I was very impressed with the wealth of information on the site including they had the exact model number with pictures of the right model. Paid the £9.99 and got an instant email about unlocking instructions. These did point out that some patience is needed. After 5 minutes and some fiddling , the instructions all worked perfectly and the radio is working again. 

Excellent service and great to see there are some reliable ‘old school’ technology experts still left. Great for car enthusiasts.

Sent radio to unblock. Got back unblocked radio (5* for that )but with other features not working. Independent garage and official dealership confirmed that radio could be damaged  by someone who unblocked because radio was working perfect before I put wrong code and blocked it. This company didn't accept any possibility that it could be their fault. Just offered to send radio back so they could calculate cost of repair  if I would like them to fix what they broke.

Great service and turnaround, 4 working days from posting to opening, great to have my rns-e unit working again in 4 days, I had left it for months before stumbling across your add on e bay.

I called for advice on a broken car stereo and had an excellent walkthrough on what to try first. The problems were solved quickly, not only was the advice very coherent and helpful, It was also free!  Only downside was he wasn't able to help out with my sub install! I would have liked to have given him my business. Thanks!
