Incredible! Was seen to straight away to which the lady helped find the correct window wipers for me. I asked for them to be fitted, the gentlemen told me about the free sign up to which enabled a £5 discount fee!nI was then told I was entitled to a free car check up. I asked if they could do this at the time, which they could - amazing! The car was checked over, screen wash topped up all in 10 minutes - perfect!! Great service 10/10.

Sons brakes on his bike  were bad and not working. Alex and Micky had a look and fixed and replaced without hesitation. Also needed the correct tool to tighten up my bike and after working out which bike I had an which item I needed they helped me buy the correct one.

Joe is a credit to Halfords. He fixed the brakes on my bike perfectly and wouldn't accept anything other than 100% perfection. Brilliant service friendly,efficient and good chap. Will not hesitate in the slightest to use again 10/10

There are few times when a motor store has gone above and beyond in my 30 years of driving. But... Joe in Torquay - who was working a long shift - did exactly that.nnWe had to go in for engine oil and the store has a great tablet which meant I could easily select the product. The service assistant was polite when we purchased the oil and left! While in the carpark with my Dad cape on, I had to admit defeat that the cap on daughter's car was not coming off.nnI went into the store and Joe came out to help with a great attitude and kindness. Oil in, and off we went thanks to the tools and effort. Well done, Joe. I would recommend this store.

Very pleased with dash cam equipment. Also the fitter Alex was extremely knowledgeable, explained in detail how to use the equipment and able to ask questions _thank you.nUnfortunately unable to link my mobile with the dash cam due my mobile being incompatible.
