I have found it consistently very difficult to get any members of staff to serve me here. When I do get a member of staff engaged they have very limited knowledge of the products (i.e. camera equipment and laptop specs). I have been given bad advice on laptops here and ended up with a product that wasn't fit for my needs. Today items that are shown in stock at the store on the website are not in actually there. I have persisted with the store many times but have to give up on it now.

Very helpful staff.  Dealt with us quickly.  Was buying a computer, sales person knew what he was talking about and didn't hound us when we were making our decission.

Can't put no stars as it won't let me. Spent 15-20 minutes  looking at laptops and looking for assistance. Staff were standing around talking to each other. No one came to help. Was looking to spend between £600 - £800 On a laptop. Walked out in the end and bought one else where. Won't use them again.

Always have great tech in, they have everything I need every time I'm there. Very friendly staff who know exactly what they are talking about. Great advice given when I needed it.

All good they didn't pounce on me the moment I walked in which was nice. But unfortunately they didn't have a great selection of airfryers so didn't buy anything
