Superb service. Was concerned initially that I wasn't spending enough to complete this upgrade. Waz put me straight at ease, listened to what I wanted and made it fit my budget. Outstanding service from start to finish... Waz the owner is a guru of in car/vehicle entertainment. Highly skilled staff and a customer service that is second to none. Over the years we’ve had windows tinted, customised in car entertainment systems , speaker systems, Sat Navs and each and every time the team have excelled themselves. If your looking for a bit of BOOM BOOM BOOM for your buck get over to B&B Audio Concepts can’t recommend these guys enough! Keep up the good work!

Awesome job fitting my new Kenwood unit to my Mercedes Vito - dash cam / reversing camera and new speakers fitted - sound is amazing and a top job by Waz and his team - very professional and great customer service.

My first visit to Waz and his team but it won't be my last .I would recommend them to anyone .the product and service was second to none.really impressed with the time they took to explain the product to me . FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much

What a terrible staffs .Went there before and installed my audio for £60. .Now they are for £160 for simple installation which I Remember .. I have now fixed the issue and I'm avoiding this company in future ...Such a rip off . I only took my amp off in the car as like they told me to otherwise it's in perfect position for the amp to hold ....they wasted my time coming from long way ..
