Went to purchase a laptop. 3 I had chosen all out of stock. So I ordered on line my self. 
Asked about printers also told out of stock.  Could not tell me when they would get a delivery.
Staff were nice and pleasant though.

Manager (Steve) met us at entrance took us straight to item we required. Showed us options and gave advice.
He then gave us advice on Broadband etc as we informed we are looking to change suppliers. Pleasant easy transaction. Thank You

If you can get staff to help you they are knowledgeable and will advise you, sometimes you may have to scout around for assistance at busy periods
