Good selection of food.  But personally I went for the wine.  A compact wine area but flooded with special offers.  A fabulous Crement for only 10 pounds and at least 3 different organic wines.

A handy shop in the middle of Ormskirk with the usual high standard of M&S food and drinks. It has a collection counter for ordered goods. A car park is available adjacent to the store.

Visited M&S Simply Food store in Ormskirk with my Mum and Sister, had a look at the food and drink and Mum bought us 3 ready to eat meals which was different but good as she decided to cook us one that night.nI also bought some tumeric powder which was not bad for the price as I find it very useful for when putting it on my food.

This evening I called about an issue I had with another branch.nThe female manager sorted the situation immediately and replaced the faulty productnMany thanks.nI wish all M and S branches were as efficient.

We have shopped every week at this store since it opened and cannot fault the quality of the food or the friendliness of the staff.  However, this year, when placing our Christmas order,  I was served by some-one who, frankly, couldn't have cared less.  It was obvious from the start that she really couldn't be bothered to take the order.  It wasn't until I got home and checked the order confirmation against my order form that I discovered that the pick-up date was wrong and I had to return to the shop to rectify it.  Hopefully this was a one-off incident.
