Advised that my order was available. Went specifically to collect it only to be told that it wasn't there yet. No offer to find out when it would be available. Their attitude made me even more frustrated particularly that of the manageress who was full of her own importance. I have no problems with Argos as an organisation just the staff in this store, and I for one will not be going in there again. No wonder Argos profits were down last year!!!

Staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Never had a problem with Argos when returning goods but on this occasion the attitude of the staff was appalling.

Every shopping screen not working or extremely slow would of purchased more but after half an hour just trying to check stock and frozen screens I gave up. poor considering the time of year and very frustrating
