My husband brought a air fryer today but it was too big for us so went back in 20mins to return and exchange for a smaller size, but received worst experience from the manager being very rude, she has not exchanged because my son has drawn with pen on the cardboard which is inside for safety on the side, she just replied it was not in the original condition but we didn't even taken the air fryer out, please learn to be polite and good to customers, will never go back here.

Went inside to collect a Christmas present for my wife and the 2 old ladies serving me thought it was appropriate to make sexist comments. She showed me the Jewellery then she said that men don't even know what they're buying so what is the point in showing you it. They also made comments such as you men only come out once a year and have normally been in the pub all day. In a day and age when men are scrutinised for their behaviour towards women I don't see how it is appropriate for women to get away with such horribly offensive sexist comments to men

They gave me a skipping rope wrapped badly in plastic, and when I opened it the next day to try it and found out it was too short for me, because I opened the plastic I couldn’t return it, even though everything was in its right state.
