I was missold a laptop from a store in London, the employee had given me the wrong advice about the availability of HDMI ports on the laptop. I told STEFAN this who proceed to laugh and state his store isn’t responsible I should travel back to London to return it stating he couldn’t understand why that wasn’t reasonable and starting  giving me legal advice about  “distanced selling” legislation which doesn’t exist within the consumer rights act.nnGent clearly loves his little kingdom in curry’s and the occasional power trip which involves poor customer service.nnI genuinely pray that other aspects of your life improves so you don’t need to project your insecurities on a shop floornnI believe he mistreated me due to my ethnicity. If you are person of colour best you shop elsewhere.

I was in to book a cleaning service for my washing machine and the attendant Stephen couldn't have been nicer. He promptly seen to it all in no time. Always good service here and a very varied supply of all household and personal equipment.

Curry's probably lack any competitors on the high street, so the only way to judge is to compare prices on the Internet which is a little unfair. This outlet in Strathkelvin Retail Park in Bishopbriggs sells a wide variety of electrical goods including white goods, PCs and peripherals, TVs and phones amongst others. Apart from anything Currys seems to be my best friend, the amount of email they send me.

Purchased a cd player dab radio found that the cd was faulty returned and changed over for another JVC the staff sorted it out very quicklynGot home found the cd working OK problem the remote control is faultynDon't have the original package to return I will ask to swap the remote for another one hopefully happy Friday 13th

Despite the delivery driver telling me that my fridge freezer would be exchanged if it didn't fit, some surly young man refused to help me today. His manager didn't even speak to me himself. Apparently they will replace it if you buy online but because the packaging had been removed not my fault I paid for installation and I bought it in the shop they have washed their hands of me. It's been passed to the senior complaints team. My advice, don't go near this shop. Buy online or go to Great Western Road where the manager is very kind and helpful. I have lost £449
