Extremley friendly, really knowledgeable and helpful team! A really nice selection of cars, able to give lots of advice if required and cars come all ready to go! Will definitely be using this garage again and will recommend to anyone, thank you for our car and the brilliant service.
2nd time using Culm Valley's new car wash. 1st time was excellent however unfortunately today car was not washed well at all. Staff rewashed a few bits but when we drove to our destination and saw car in light it's still very dirty in places. Staff very friendly so a real shame if standards have slipped already. ***UPDATE*** Returned today for another wash, absolutely excellent job. Staff great, free wash as promised. Would definitely return.
Traveled 150 mile round trip to view a used car here. Didn't buy it in the end, but I was very impressed with the very friendly helpful staff. I was taken out on a test run where I was given the opportunity to drive the car for many miles, and the staff actually highlighted even minor issues, rather than trying to minimise or hide them. Well worth the initial long drive to the company, and their cheery honest attitude was very refreshing!
We bought a car from here in June that we are delighted with. We are especially impressed with Kelly Price. I have been back to see her on numerous occasions and she always greets me with a smile and always puts herself out to help me. She never seems to mind going the extra mile. Thank you Kelly
I have had my works van cleaned afew time by the culm valley car wash and I am very pleased with the final results always very clean. The staff are brilliant Adam Kelly and nick couldn't be more helpful. If you want a good reliable service use culm valley. Also they have a nice selection of sales cars which are worth a look at.
