Staff are always friendly. The shop is always clean each time I visit. They have some really good deals on every time I go in and they are always different deals. Great 'corner' shop with parking out front.

As a rail replacement driver this store is really handy as I don't have to walk miles to get myself something to eat or drink on my breaks. However, considering there are no toilets around the area that we (drivers) can get to quickly, I couldn't leave my bus for very long because it may have to be moved with no notice and I desperately needed a wee - I was dumbfounded that I was refused. Its not like I hadn't bought anything and was demanding to use their toilet as I had bought quite a bit not 2 hours beforehand. Now as a woman, I can't just pop a squat next to my bus and go like a man can, it is humiliating to have to resort to finding a bush out of site. It is unhygienic and embarassing. I was disgusted by their manager - who was also a woman - for her excuse for turning me away. "Intruders policy." I know workplaces have rules when it comes to their toilets, especially when it comes to the public. But I have never heard of this so called policy and to be honest it sounded like complete and utter bollocks. I was not the first of rail replacement staff to be turned away by them either, they will lose business if they continue because bad words will likely travel round the industry and I would rather I didn't hear any from others. But I am so glad I do not have to be there very often.

Always welcoming staff, shelves kept full, clean environment, vending machine ( always handy when waiting for train at nearby station). Manager runs a tight ship there. Oh as a footnote the lady bus driver (see review) whinged about not been able to use the toilets in the shop, what a a bloody cheek! pssst! maybe carry a bucket on board or squat! there are plenty of discreet areas to pee in around the car park. Love my One Stop Shop to the extent I go out of my way to shop there rather than the three nearer convenience stores, tells you something doesn't it. Keep up the great work guys and gals!

Large, bright, well stocked local shop. Friendly staff, free parking right outside. Extremely convenient for Ore rail station. Prices are par for this type of shop, but some good offers sometimes.
