great service to my company BT Promotions, 7 days turn around they come highly recommended

When I first placed order we had a tournament booked and they said I would receive them in time.tops never came and used waiting on delivery as they had no stock . Around 6 weeks we waited and only just received them. avoid this company at all cost look elsewhere

Placed two orders in July. Never received the goods and I have been in contact to get them re-issued as the football season has now started. Here we are in the last week of October ...3 months and still waiting for goods. Have requested a full refund via email and have not had a response. Terrible customer service as covid19 was used as one excuse, I didn't buy that excuse as a team member has kit they had ordered after me. Very disappointed, no kit and no refund and no continuing communication on ts3 part.

Placed an order and paid all seemed fine, I was waiting for the parcel to be delivered, 7 days later they emailed to say they didn't have any stock! A whole week ....WHAT A JOKE
