An amazing sanctuary for me. Every treatment and experience as been 100% satisfactory. The experienced staff are friendly and very informative about all products and treatments. I would fully recommend anyone to pay a visit and promise you will not be disappointed. My latest buy was the cryoball. What an amazing product, I use as a muscle massage for my neck, as I suffer from pain from cycling. Also I use it as a relaxing facial on my neck and face and under my eyevery refreshing and invigorating. I find it also helps with tense headaches too, giving a nice cooling sensation. What more can I say” I am your number one fan”

I can’t express enough how amazing their products are. My fav go to one is the Cryoexpress Cryoball, I’ve been using it on a regular basis and instantly noticed significant improvements on pains that I have been experiencing in the past for quite some time... I use it all over my body and face and it instantly relieves and relaxes muscles/ pains...In general it leaves my skin feeling fresh and lifted... I highly recommend this product to “everyone” especially for people who are “regular gym goers” or even just anyone suffering from lower back pains etc. Both my husband and I use it daily and love it :

Absolutely amazing , i had issues with shortness of breath and struggling to breathe, so i tried the altitude machine and what a very good experience that was i feel full of health and i dont struggle with my breathing also within the same day i went in the ice chamber for a previous injury and it has helped 10 fold im so glad I have found this place. I full recommend this place to anybody that values there health.

Excellent place. The ladies are so lovely and chatty and friendly. The place is so clean and we are always made to feel welcome. I've not had the treatment but my partner uses the cryo capsule. He always feels amazing after. All his workout aches and pains just go and he has loads of energy after. Highly recommend the treatment and the lovely ladies there.

Their services are efficient and they have a excellent understanding of their own products. I would definitely recommend even for travel PCR tests as I got my results in less than 12 hours!

I’ve been having trouble with my ligament, in my wrist and thumb! Doctors told me to wear a tubigrip for 10-12 weeks keep my thumb strapped! Not very practical, did it for 5 weeks then tried localized cryotherapy.  my father in law who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis said it helps reduce swelling, inflammation and pains.  Just after one treatment it was 60% better so I decided to have the three recommended sessions for £100. Its been fantastic!  Worked a treat!  Excellent service and was made to feel really welcome! staff was very knowledgeable and professional excellent service!! Thank you cryo express! And merry Christmas

I must say my first impressions of Cryo Express was fantastic.The staff of ladies there were very welcoming and very professional.The facilities are excellent.My treatment was carried out by Debs who has a phenomenal amount of knowledge on various Cryo therapies and in sports injuries.She is a very nice lady who engages with her client about their symptoms,good sense of humour and at the same very professional and articulate.After the treatment i already felt the huge difference.I am already looking forward to my next session,thank you much Debs and the rest of the staff.

Ahh, where to start! My mum and I both have chronic illnesses - she has Fibromyalgia and I have M.E. also known as CFS. A friend of hers recommended Cryotherapy to treat our pain so we decided to check out Cryo Express in Blackburn because it's our nearest centre and they have special offers on on a Thursday. We have since been coming here for a few months and we wouldn't be without our weekly Cryo sesh now! Being in the tank is so invigorating and gives us both a real boost & kick-start to our usually sluggish system. We even got a free session last week as we'd visited 10 times :- You couldn't wish to meet friendlier, kinder, more knowledgeable experts in the field - thank you for always making us feel so welcome, special, comfortable and listened to ladies. I felt compelled to write this review when i realized that although it is Winter, my usual pain is barely touching me, my 'recovery' post-exertion is much quicker, i haven't had to have a 'bed rest day' for many, many weeks and my mental health i suffer from SAD could be likened to how it is at the height of Summer. My mum is in agreement. Two very, very happy customers here - if you're umming and ahhing about trying Cryo, just go for it! Investing in your health often yields priceless results. Thank you
