I am not normally a person who writes reviews but I thought I would take the time to write in favour of the excellent customer service and treatment I received at Larchwood Pharmacy. 

I was looking for something in particular for my partner and the lady who assisted me (Marj) was very patient and pleasant in explaining the various options.

Decent Customer Service seems to have died out in this country except in Larchwood Pharmacy. Keep up the good work. I would recommend to friends and family

I went to collect my prescription today, the prescription was sent at the very beginning of March. As I am paying for my medication I could see a it priced at £8.60, however, when I was about to pay I was asked to pay £8.80. As I understood there was a price increase for NHS presciprions from 1st of April,  which is absolutely fine.The note in the pharmacy clearly stated that the price increase is for any prescriptions  issued from the 1st of April. When I pointed out to the pharmacy assistant that my drugs were prescribed and prepared for collection at the beginning of March but I wasn't able to collect it earlier due to being away he simply replied: TOUGH
Don't get me wrong. I don't mind paying 20p more. Money wasn't the issue here at all. It was the principle that wasn't followed and very rude response when I was trying to gently point it out. As a result I am going to change the pharmacy.

They never have enough stock ! Always have to wait for prescription medicines either 30 mins in the store or have to make second visit , they have even asked us to go to their family store to get the second half of medicines ! Why would they not check before hand if they have enough supply before taking payment for the meds ? I had to wait 24 hours before I could go and collect th second bit of my urgent prescription. 
Secondly couple of staff are soo rude ! They call u ‘oh hello ‘ to get your attention ? Even if they have ur name on the prescription and you are the only one in the store. 
They never say sorry or thank you. Never going back to this place ever again ‘ !😡

Always prefer this place to our pharmacy's in the area. Great bunch of people, always willing to help and give good sound advice.
