Wanted something to fill us and children up after Tank museum visit and playing on tge beach. It's not the easiest place to get in with a wheelchair. Food was more expensive than we expected for the quality, but that could be seaside prices. Good play area in the garden and staff couldn't do enough for us.
Really nice pub meal tonight. Good choice of food, good quality, hot and good portion size. Lady behind bar very helpful and customer focussed. Very nice pint of lager. Good value, nice atmosphere a credit to Swanage. Recommended.

Warm, welcoming local pub. Good beer, decent wine list, good pub food with plenty of veggie and vegan options. Well worth a visit.
Lovely selection of ales, we didn't eat but the food coming out made us feel hungry. Looked good portion size too. Only pub I'm aware of in swanage with a decent sized lawned beer garden that was kept well. A small play area at bottom for smaller kids.large upper decking area as well.

I had a lovely Sunday roast chicken had a full plate with all the trimmings tasted great and good value.My husband had the beef and it had a very generous amount of meat on his plate. Delicious food and friendly staff
