Fantastic pub. Visited for Sunday Lunch. The food was perfect, excellent quality meat and veg all cooked just right. Even the kids meals are home made, no packet rubbish. Nice selection of local ales. Very friendly and helpful staff. If this was more local we would definitely be regulars.

Brilliant  place , locals and staff make you more than welcome. Food fantastic  2nd stay this year. Will be back. Lots to see in the area.

Asked for well lit table for elderly blind  mother, given very dark spot. Went for Sunday lunch. First course - meat and Yorkshire pudding, good but veg still crisp (not all dente)! Sweet menu not as supplied on website, bit mediocre but DON'T have the Swedish Blueberry tart, horrible! Always left a tip - not this time! Not going again!

Very nice friendly owners cannot fault cleanliness of room and a very good restaurant will definitely recommend this to friends and family
