Crown Vets Referrals was established in 2014 to provide advanced level veterinary services to the North of Scotland and Western Isles.

Our Referral Vets have many years of experience between them and all hold further qualifications recognised by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

I've used this vet for many years and they are of the absolute highest professional standards. Staff are all friendly and accomadating. Sadly had to have one of my dogs put to sleep recently and they were extremely courteous and compassionate throughout.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND it at all. I have a rabbit that carries 2 times with e.cunniculi symptoms and they told me that it was perfect, until the third time I took him to castrate and it seems that during the night I had given him torticulis and facial paralysis, although I did not realize when I left it in the morning soon before going to work. They telephoned to say that it could not be castrated by the parasite, but they did not say anything about paralysis and torticulis. I went to pick it up in the afternoon and they gave me a treatment that was great. But they had not taken care of it and because of their small po I saw that I had not eaten either. Weeks later I wanted to contact the vet that I diagnose correctly. The receptionists are lazy and it seems that this company does not want you to get used to it. to a veterinarian in case this vet goes away and you as a client follow it. So it always serves you a different vet, and if you want to visit one that you like, they make it very difficult. But there does not end everything, I called after months to try to castrate again. I have asked that I need to speak with the vet before to know if it can be because of the parasite that he had or that he has because I do not think he has never healed. I was not and you would call me the vet. Days later I am still waiting for your call. I am Spanish and here I have seen some racism, quite a lot in Scotland with polish ... they put us all in the same bag. or do not want me to attend this vet, or these receptionists want me, for being the Spanish who is calling all day, (although they were the ones who said they would call me.) I have seen much in Scotland the lack of respect and pretend Degrade me for being Spanish. And another thing and the most important, is that this company's priority is not the pet, but the invoice. And I'm not sure that they are very prepared for exotic animals, probably for dogs and cats. , I do not recommend it.

Lovely old building on the outside complete with cobbled courtyard. Once you go in you are presented with a modern clean facility and greeted by pleasant and helpful staff.
