The vets at Heartland build up relationships with your pets on the annual and non essential visits. Genuine affection for the animals they treat. I can see that if there is ever an emergency visit that’s going to make it so much easier to treat my pet. Tilda enjoys visiting her favourite vet, Mhairi.
The vets appreciate that l know my girl & listen to what is concerning me about my dogs health. The options on how to deal with the problem in hand are talked through & my thoughs are listened to which l do appreciate.
I joined Aberfeldy Heartlands veterinary practice recently and have been extremely impressed from my initial enquiry, each discussion with reception, through to each veterinary consultation with Bonnie, my 2 year old pup. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming as well as caring towards Bonnie. Happy healthy pup = happy mum! Definitely recommend the practice.
I have used heartland vets for all my dogs and no matter if it is the regular puppy checks or help with older dogs they are always warm and caring.

Whilst visiting this area on holiday with my dog, he cut his paw on some glass on a beach. I contacted heartland vets and as a small animal vet myself, I was very impressed with the service and speed at which my dog got treatment. The vet was lovely and efficient- we are very grateful! A reminder to bring a first aid kit for my own animals!
I have had a series of medical problems with my two dogs but have received detailed and helpful support from the Heartland team where options are discussed and good progress has been forthcoming.
