Disgusted with this practice, my dog was left to suffer unnecessary for a fortnight, whilst the female vet tried to get me to take finance to pay for xrays & blood tests. She was finally put to sleep & I received a condolence card from the practice, where they told me she was a handsome boy?! She had been registered there since I got her over 7 years ago! Poor poor conduct during an extremely difficult time. Not impressed!
We recently re-homed a Rough Collie, today she had a general health review and her second injection. Given she is nervous of sounds and any new experience we'd like to thank the VET for her calming approach and excellent attitude.
Passion for animals, knowledge, good communication.... everyone at the practice is friendly. Our vet Claire is very professional and helpful. Thank you for looking after our dogs and cat
Due to the expertise of Easter Ross Vets, my boy Oscar has come through Cancer and an eye ulcer. without lasting damage & he still enjoys his vets visit's. The care they gave us was exemplary.
Going to vets has/always made me nervous but this practise is so welcoming and friendly I felt very supported.
My daughter uses this practice and her pets have received excellent care and treatment at reasonable cost. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and offer lots of helpful advice. The vets don't change every few visits either, which seems to be the way in some other practices.
Have now visited both the Invergordon and Tain practices ,fantastic service,staff and all round good ,friendly,efficient experience for both pet and owner.
This is by far the best vet in the highlands, so much compassion for my dogs. 5 stars all round!
They are a brilliant bunch of people! Even though they have a no entry policy for humans, they treat their patients so very well. Kept me informed via the phone and looked after my dog so very well, he actually loves going to the vet!!
All staff at this practice are very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. Very good with our dog, and all advice has been great. Compared to some other vets the fees are very acceptable. Their pet plan is a great idea.
