To the crown prosecution office feedback on 17/02/2016 I have been prosecuted and convicted of harassment just for leaving Google feedback on someone who abused my friend's dogs. We had a senior vet Report that proved that the kennel owner tortured and abused my friend's dogs over two weeks and held them against the law, since he owed them no money. I was not charged with a course of conduct, and he fabricated his evidence one year later (Perjury). I went to Crown, but the trial was closed and nobody was allowed in and the evidence was kept from me. I am now making a Subject Access Request. The Magistrates' court has no judges, and is answerable to no one. The Crown Court is often closed to the public. In my case, both Barristers were told by the judge that I was to be found guilty in my absence. I attended and was attacked by both barristers. The Judge was an idiot and I have to appeal as far as Strasbourg about the violation to my human rights. Wish me luck; the last time \I did this I was summarily convicted and all evidence was ignored. I would love to meet someone who could change this rancid corruption of the judicial system. I have a degree in Cognitive Neuroscience, and because of the idiotic judiciary, I have a life long ban on progressing to postgraduate courses and being a Doctor. Help us all if this is the future of justice. Shame on Chelmsford CPS. Bunch of unaccountable public officials with bad degrees that serve to destroy families, ruin people's life chances and condemn people without evidence or reference to law. I lastly have to cite Human Rights Act 1998, with reference to Freedom of Speech, The Defamation Act, and The Right to A private family life. We believe that we are being persecuted by an homophobic solicitor (Susan Carlile of Aquabridge Law), since she has stolen most of Mr Hindley's inheritance and is blackmailing him (under the terms of The Theft Act 1968 ). We thinks that no solicitor or trust should steal from that trust to defend themselves and that their investment bank (Jamie Summers of Smith and Williamson) should write off sums of money into the hundreds of thousands of pounds to creep from accountability.
