Absolutely useless to deal with, excuse after excuse. Total waste of public money. If this was a private company they wouldn’t they would be shut down, takes forever to get through then the operator says “O SORRY I CANT HEAR YOU MUST BE A BAD SIGNAL” funny that as I’m calling from a BT landline ! And then just hanged up ! Disgraceful service ....

Just look at the opening hours. They don't pick up the phone. If they were in the private sector they'd have gone bust years ago.

It does not matter what time of day you call the County Court, there is never any answer to the phone! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. How on earth can a system be so un-user friendly?

Absolute dogsh*t experience. Waited a month for a response, regarding a money compensation claim, and the response I received was that they did not receive any documents, despite me having given the office EVERY piece of document needed. Not only that, but they lost it again! Lazy, useless, desk working a**eholes!
