No problem to try before I bought from the friendly young male bartender. Only went in for one, bit had a Young's Bitter and a Ringwood Razorback. Very relaxed atmosphere with music from the 60's playing. Easy on the eye interior and exterior building. Give it a try.
Tasty, reasonably priced food. Grill night special offer on Thursday was great. Great service from the waitress who mature our large party was served as quickly as possible.
Cracking find while looking for somewhere to charge my car. Charges easily achive the stated 75kWH. The pub has a good choice of food and drinks, all reasonably priced.
We were offered table service and the man who served us was efficient, friendly and fun. All staff were welcoming and the quiz night brought about a sense of community and lots of laughs. The food was delicious and great value. The only down side was the table was quite sticky.
We only popped in for a drink but it had a great atmosphere, friendly staff, a huge outdoor seating area then we got in on the meat raffle but didn't win anything Never mind, we'll be happy to try again
Birthday lunch for 5 people. We all enjoyed our food. Waiter was very friendly. Bar staff friendly too. Lovely atmosphere. Even a lovely beer garden with plenty of tables outside! Will definitely be back. Hidden Jem in the side roads in Northbourne.
THURSDAY ALL DAY SPECIAL - STEAK'N' CHIPS PLUS A DRINK £9.95 Don't often eat out, but thought I'd try the new "Thursday special" on today's visit. Normally served as a Rump steak plus chips, peas and trimmings, I upgraded the Rump to a Sirloin cut for £1.00 extra, accompanied by my choice of inclusive drink which was a pint of Fosters total £10.95. Cooked and served to perfection, a clean plate and glass was the only thing left. Good food and service; friendly staff. Clean facilities. Certainly no complaints. Marvellous. Recommended.
This pub is my guilty pleasure. Great food, good prices too. The staff are all really lovely and the Landlord is brilliant. John really looks after us when we pop in for food. Nothing is too much troublelots of entertainment over christmas too‍
A group of us went into the pub at lunchtime today and we found the staff very helpful aswell as very socialable. There was no time we waited for our food, which was very nicely prepared and very hot on delivery. I would truly recommend this pub to my friends to experance such an amazing place to eat and drink. It was a impressive first time experience for me. So many thanks towards the staff and we will be attending your pub again.
A lovely local that looks like a pub with friendly staff. We had a Boxing day 2022 lunch good food beautifully cooked and well presented. We have had a midweek menu special and they are good value. It's good to see it survived the covid lockdown and deserves to have a prosperous future.
