Cheap food and cheap beer, nice pub for low budget!!
Hop & Kilderkin is a friendly atmosphere with very helpful staff and great beer and food. There is a friendly game of poker on Thursday and Sundays starting at 8pm. Highly recommended to families

Food's great, staff are great and prices are great. But there's not enough peppercorn sauce on the steak to fill a hole in your tooth. And listening to the adverts full blast between football games is a bit painful
Decent cheap sports pub. Food reasonably priced for what you get. Good spot for students 10 minutes walk from one campus, 25 from the other.
I visited on a Friday night and found this pub disappointing. I didn't order any food, and only had 1 beer because I wanted to leave so quickly. The music was way too loud and a couple of 8 year old boys were banging some pool cues on the floor and then had a light sabre fight.
Been here a few times. The staff are pleasant to talk to. They do Halloween and other themes. Hold different games and have a pool table. It's places like here where good times come from.
