Delightful gastropub with high quality B&B accommodation. Stayed only one night, but the evening meal s excellent, with a good wine list on offer. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Appears to be a good place for country walks, but unfortunately the British weather meant it wasn't an option this time. According to the info you can also do baking and cooking classes here. The bread is certainly made in sure and was excellent. It may not be the cheapest for a pub B&B but is very good quality and is at least as good as most London hotels at this price.

It was a lovely venue for a Christmas party. The food was good and the staff were friendly. Very pleasant atmosphere and excellent real fire.
