Went there for a mid week lunch, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The disabled ramp wasn’t sign posted, but was round the back, and led into a lovely cosy room of tables and armchairs! They said we could indeed eat there, instead of the more formal areas if we wished, where I had a lovely fish and chips, while my husband had the seasonal pheasant breast. Dogs are also allowed, so one for our future list. The staff were polite and just attentive enough, so not too intrusive. The whole was a lovely relaxed atmosphere, where we could have happily stayed longer. I do wish more places would do better with their furnishings like this. So many now are too stark and echo every noise, unlike this comfortable, peaceful experience. Perfect break from the every day.

Great rooms, some of them aren't suited for tall people. I'm 5'8 and my head reaches the ceiling in my room. It's not the biggest problem, but a bit of an inconvenience. The service and accomodation is 5 star, really great. Other than my room being a bit short, the rest is great. Beds are super comfortable, same goes for the chairs. The bathroom for my room is huge and luxurious, but like the room, it is a bit short. Although the height problem *doesn't* run throughout the whole hotel, some of the rooms are huge. I've just gotten a bit unlucky. The bar and restaurant are great as well, food top notch. I'd recommend the pasta linguine. Robert the manager is hilarious, really fantastic service from him. Overall fantastic hotel and great experience.

WOW!What a transformation! First of all, Three Swans was very tastefully refurbished last year. New staff is very welcoming, friendly and not in your face. Food is beautiful - quality! You can enjoy absolutely delicious lunch with friends and spent there easily 4 hours chatting and not feel unwelcomed, have a coffee & cake, have a nice pint of whatever you fancy, dinner.... I'd definitely recommend Three Swans!

Friendly and helpful staff, child friendly, gorgeous looking place. Our bedroom was really lovely (was bigger than others though, we were lucky!) and the food was excellent...we had breakfast and supper there. Only issue was our bedroom faced onto the main high street and no double glazing, so was a bit noisy. We will definitely be going there again.

Great atmosphere and sensibility priced great food and decent drinks menu too. If you haven’t been in a while I suggest that you rectify that error on your part. As soon as you can!
