What a unprofessional company this is. I got promised my replacement screen to be done yesterday and still no phone call to say what is happening. Will never phone this shower of s**t again……..Smart windscreen’s of Upminster will never let you down and a lot cheaper!!!!!! Recommended to everyone

Had some windowing tinting carried out at Crow Windscreens today. The service I received was fantastic. Communication from my enquiry to Dean letting me know the vehicle was ready was great. Prices were fair and reasonable. I will be using these guys again and recommend you do to.
Completed the contact form to get a windscreen fitted and no one ever came back to me. It's taken a year for a reply to the review so level of communication continues.

Needed car windscreen glass fitted, after getting screen smashed, really fast mobile service, much cheaper that one of the big windscreen companies quote, professional reliable and 5 star service. Don’t bother looking else where top class company
My son had windows fitted on his Sprinter van, Communication,service and timings were on point from start to finish. From getting a quote to fitting the windows was a breeze, they were done in a day and look fantastic, they were friendly and even helped getting to some awkward screws after we said we'd had trouble getting the panel behind the seats out. The price for the windows was reasonable too. Highly recommend.
To whom it may concern I would give -5 star if possible . I am Self Employed, so i know the meaning of comment/feedback in regard with the Customer service provided. When its comes to customer service and the professionalism, there is always a possibility of minor mistakes and disconvenience. The real skills and competency is how to tackle and resolve an issue. Obviously every customer can not be Happy 100%. But however the Positive Approach is essential!! windscreen of my car was damaged, so i ring this company to make an appointment way Phone. The RECEPTIONIST at the phone after attending the call, while i was introducing myself and about the car. He Just Hung up the phone!!! I not making any complain or been Rude. I was simply requesting to make an appointment!! I called back again thinking that Line might been dropped! But second time i got a very reactive and non professional response!! I was a first time customer and the replacement of windscreen is paid by my insurance, so there is no issue of payment or my personal bad record with this company!!!

No com I highly recommend it. they changed my windshield on the truck, the boys there are teachers. He was a young boy and an older one with glasses I ask the manager to appreciate such responsible people. In a word, special service
