A place offering you bespoke, premier service in all aspects of health, well being and fitness. The ONLY official CrossFit Affiliate in the Walkden, Worsley, Swinton area. Also, the only place you'll find with a true sense of belonging, camaraderie, community and family. 

You'll learn so much here, become stronger and fitter than you've ever been before and enjoy it all at the same time.

Great place to get fit. Helpful, motivated staff and a real sense of team work make this a great place to go to.

Just under 5000sq ft of gym space. Dumbells, pull up rig, heavy tyres, squat racks, olympic weightlifting bars, tonnes of bumper plates, med balls, kettlebells, concept 2 rowers, ab mats, skipping ropes are all used here. 

We have a disabled friendly toilet on the ground floor, kitchen with smoothie maker, fridge freezer and eating/drinking equipment.  Two showers/bathrooms, a raised mezzanine and chill out area to watch classes or sit down for a chat. It's a classic CrossFit gym set up with huge front end shutter to be opened for those sunny days and outdoor BBQ's. Nice flat runs around the trading park too which is always a bonus.
