Stopped by for a drop-in while on holidays. The atmosphere is fantastic! The set-up of the gym is a great open concept, and the structure of the classes are exactly what you want - challenging and fun! Definitely recommend this place.
I’ve been a member of CrossFit MCI for seven months now and would be lost without it. All the coaches have been great and I have learnt so much from each of them. Jacqui and Gary create a warm and competitive atmosphere for all ages and abilities. It’s not just a gym but a sense of family community. Don’t be afraid to come down and try it out as it will be the best decision you make. Team MCI
Just awesome what MCI has created. Crossfit, Studio, PT Gym, Move Physio and Pilates, Hairdresser, Prescribed Coffee, Beauticians all under one roof. Such a great community of members of all ages and abilities. Top coaching staff. If you haven’t dropped in, you don’t know what you are missing.
I’ve been at mci for 8 months now and I’ve been loving every minute! I’ve learnt so much from the best coaches and I’m really enjoying pushing myself in new ways. Everyone has been so welcoming and there’s always a friendly face about. Also, great facilities and fab coffee at prescribed!!
