Called in today on my way back from a cycle tour in the Netherlands with an issue on the quick release mechanism on my 2003 Specialized Hardrock. Was fixed on the spot in 5 minutes with a bit of thread clean up and a new nut at no charge. Really great service...! Based on today's experience my bike will be going back here soon for a service. Thank you guys...!

If the manager Lucy wasn't so passive aggressive towards her own customers I'm sure this place would do a lot better than it currently does. Unfortunately all of the good will that the other staff of Leisure Lakes had built up was disassembled on two occasions with obvious intent and each time by the shops manager Lucy. The best bike shop with the staff and expertise to match, locally, is Buy a Bike , AKA, Charnock Richard Cycles near Chorley. Please read my reviews of this business. Save yourself having to deal with Lucy and CO, go there instead. Leisure Lakes Preston Hub seem to enjoy alienating thier customers instead. Great job guys. I will never spend another penny with your firm again. I will also let my own extensive social media platforms know how shabby Lesure lakes treats its customers.

Been using this great service for years now used the hub from day one. Always when I order my stuff it arrives. Get the odd hiccup but this is understanding in the current climate. Prefer to use a local business that looks after it's customers than some online shark. So I would recommend leasure lakes in my 50 mile radius of Preston Lancashire from Tarleton to Lancaster. Not been the other stores around the country but if my local ones are anything to go by then it's thumbs up. Support local businesses cheers. Andrew.
Very helpful for what I am looking for.
Hired some bikes from here for a family ride around the Preston Guild Wheel. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and polite and the bikes were of an excellent standard. Good value too. Would definitely recommend.
