As usual I was very impressed with the service I received. I called yesterday because my wipers weren’t working and I was worried about driving safely, less than 24 hours later the problem was fixed. I’ve always recommended this garage to my friends and this just confirms why my family have taken all our cars here for years
Called up because my exhaust clip had snapped and my exhaust was dragging along the floor, was very stressed because I had somewhere to be later that day. Was seen within 2 hours of ringing up, and Jab got my car on the ramp and replaced it, all within 10 minutes. He didn’t charge me either. Very positive experience, made a potentially stressful situation very easy. Thanks so much! :
We visitited Kwik fit without appointment as we needed urgent repair We were delighted with helpful attitude of all the staff the their proffesionalism. He has fixed it in just 5 mins. Thanks a lot again for being so helpful
A long way from home today with a faulty tyre, I called in here at 3.30pm for help. I couldn't have asked for better service from Matt. He was run off his feet but managed to squeeze my car in and resolve my issue within an hour. That's got to be worth a few gold stars! Thanks to Matt and his team I resumed my journey in safety and with peace of mind. Definately one venue to keep to hand if your local or passing through. I'm heading here for my next set of tyres!!
I have been calling since 8.30 am it is 10.15am now. There is no answer.. i have a slow puncher and need to book my car in to the garage. I cant believe there is no one to pick up the phone
I have an enterprise hire car, was told to use quick fit, had an illegal tyre which was punctured. Went there thinking like any other tyre shop. Thinking I could.just get the job done, NO I had to book it in. Turned up 2 days later for my appointment and it still took them nearly 2 hrs to fit 2 tyres.. not impressed.
I had a slow puncture front near-side needing fixing because I had a long journey the next day. Your mechanic found the problem, gave me several options at various prices to cover replacement of tyres that I had thought were originals but he advised not & a rear tyre was at risk of blowout at speed. It was late afternoon and he replaced all tyres & adjusted the tracking.
Where to start? Poor communication, left me with no car for work for 2 days because of their wrong doing not being able to find the locking wheel nut when it was under the seat. No apology either. Won't be using them again. Avoid go elsewhere for MOT.
Called at 10am to see if they could replace a tire, they managed to book the car in for 12pm the same day, the repair was sorted within an hour. Great service!
Awful. Avoid at all costs. I had a back tyre replaced here after having a slow puncture. £150 tyre so not cheap. Tyre was replaced and the next day the sensor on my car was saying low tyre pressure again but wouldn't show the exact pressure in the tyres anymore. Called the garage and took the car back in. Waited in reception for some time with 2 other people before anyone showed up without an apology for the wait. Was told that the front sensor was now broken and needed replacing? The sensors were fine before the back tyre was replaced....the garage took no responsibility and weren't bothered at all when I said I would take it elsewhere for a second opinion. Have since had it at another garage and paid a diagnostic fee. The front sensor isn't broken and we now need to take it to a specific Jeep garage to have the sensors reset which keep alarming on and off. The tyre that was replaced has been inflated with air 3 times within the month of it being replaced as it's still always low pressure so no idea what was actually done. Will be taking this further and writing a formal complaint. Update: after sending in complaints email we were refunded and a new tyre fitted. Since then it has kept its pressure and no issues with the tyre. The sensor however is still faulty. Has just been to another garage and failed it's MOT because of this. £400+ later and now finally all sorted.
