I ordered the Laverne duck egg lampshades and they arrived today. I am absolutely over the moon with them. The quality is far superior to anything I have seen in the shops and they go beautifully with my newly decorated bedroom. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful experience shopping with this online store. The 10 lampshades and 6 cushions that we purchased are all stunning and even more beautiful in real life than website photos suggest. Elle, Alice and Lisa were so helpful on email and helping us organise this order from UK to Ireland. Amazing customer service! It arrived in super quick time and perfectly packaged in two big boxes. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back to shop again.
Ordered twice now, first for some new Christmas decorations for the fireplace and a ceramic pot I had had my eye on for a while, and the second for Christmas presents. Walked past the shop and saw another decoration I had been in two minds about in the window and had to buy! Could not be happier with the service both online and in person, very speedy acknowledgement emails, very friendly staff, my purchases were better than the photos gave them justice for, and so well packed you would not believe, and the recipients of the presents love them! Have signed up to the newsletter so I do not miss out on things selling out in the future as they do sell out quickly which is testament to both the quality of products and the service provided. Will definitely be a repeat customer. May advertise as "country home" style but definitely something there for all types of homes and all budgets.
Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. The items I bought both online and from the shop are beautiful and amazing quality. I would 100% recommend to my friends and family. I will definitely be returning and ordering from here again, can’t wait to be able to return to the shop!

Cannot recommend this wonderful place highly enough! Terrific service, great variety of super items for sale. Good prices and everything was of a high quality. Loved the gifts I purchased- totally unique, so appropriate for what I was looking for and so much better than the standard gifts available in high street gift shops. Will be back to buy myself lots of lovely things!
Great selection of gifts and home decor. Hand made curtains, and cushion covers too.. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Worth a visit.
Very disappointed. My partner ordered a lampshade in late October, we are now in mid December and it still hasn't arrived. There have been numerous emails and messages back and forth. Full of excuses and empty promises however we still do not have a product or a refund. Very disappointed. **in response to owner comment** I was unsure whether to amend anything as i was sent a lawyers letter on the owners instruction stating defamation with regards my review. I was indeed refunded AFTER I posted my review. I was indeed sent 1 tracking number right after the order was initially placed but no further proof of postages. We asked for an update or a refund a day in advance of writing the review but were not acknowledged.
